indeed, this site is based on this game, and we develop a lot of funny think, as a mapper, new version of op2, op3, etc...

Take a look at the various user projects that are currently active (I only know of SirBombers' Colony Game Pack, OP:MIA, OP3:GEN, OP:RENEGADES, Colony Wars and OPUTool {I know I'm forgetting some so I'll be prepared to be shot at dawn}) so you'll probably want to take a look at some of them.

IRC has it's active and inactive times but hey! I'm online a lot of the time!

IRC probably seems a bit pointless at first, (I know it did to me :P) but-- get on anyway :P. There is almost always something going on, and a lot of times, it's pretty funny :P :heh: . Wow, are my sentences really dull and boring (I'm up late :P) ?.
