A New File Transfer Protocol

I have invented a new file transfers protocol to send the files without downloading!

I will soon be able to send you my french version of outpost 2  ^_^  :P

I got the power to send files with emails and without downloading  ;)

I translate source code to capital letters and I send these letters; it's as send the source code, but without bugs B)
