Oh my, that's very interesting. Looks like it could be a fault in the scrolling code. I'm not too sure where that would be though.

Yeah, I have seen that before. It happened to me quite a lot, but that's because I only have 144MB of RAM.

ive got 256 mb of ram and a 1.8 gig processer, but no graphics card, I think that might be the problem

but the problem only started occering a couple months ago, so Im not sure

Rar up your op2 folder and put it on OPU somewhere. Also, give it to Hacker or Hooman if they would like to look at it. This might lead to more info on how the game runs and how we can mod it.

I have seen this before it usually happens on slower computer or computers with low mem.

Not very fun when your being attacked and that happens.

heres one thats pretty bad when i was checking for impassable tiles in teh cpu base.. thought it might show the bug at its worste

ya i get that all the time wen playing on 1600x1200 res

also b4 ive had wen the game starts the view all be black cept from where stuff was placed like buildings and units

What the heck is going on? It looks like what some stuff looked like when I used OP2 Art Viewer to open some files in one of the .vols..... very wierd.

I couldn't help but notice the white on the minimap for that player. That's usually an indication you're using an uninitialized player, which can lead to all sorts of bugs. Maybe it's related, maybe not. Probably not.
