As far as I'm concerned, xFir is the one who started the Outpost Universe Forums and thus it still belongs to him no matter who is actually operating it.
Honestly, I am not concnerned about who controls what. I don't care. If I had it my way, it wouldn't be anyone who is right now or was but maybe 2 or 3 people who are nuetral in this whole thing. But then, that's my own humble opinion.
I'm getting tired of the whole "they stole this, they suck that, this person's an asshole" and so on. Enough of it. It's old. It's annoying. It's childish. OP2Hacker and Lev are now operating "
www.outpostuniverse.net". Great. At least it's here. Maybe something will come of it. Maybe X was making poor decisions. Maybe Lev and OP2Hacker made poor decisions. Does it all really matter?
And what makes a poor decision in the first place? To change a picture? To ban a rowdy member? I still don't really know what these 'poor desicions' were.
As far as power hungry is concerned, people had better let off by now because if someone wants power, a forum-based online community is
not the way to get it and I think everyone can agree to that. There are many other ways to do it.
And, if people really don't like the 'new' leaders, why are you here?
The last thing I have to say about all this is that I joined the OPU because I wanted to find other people who enjoyed the Outpost series as much as I did. I wanted to create OP:MIA and I wanted people to know about it. I still get that even if the URL has moved and someone else is in charge. Things still look the same and operate the same way they always did since I've joined. So as far as I'm concerned, things are actually for the better. I like the new home page (although it really should be integrated with the forums a bit better). I like the format of the OPU projects and whatnot.
I have nothing more to say. I'm not taking sides. I don't want to take sides. I won't take sides. If Lev and op2hacker want me to move the OP:MIA website to the new server, so be it. If X is ok with me having my site on his server at the same time, great! I'll have the same web page at two different locations and thus I can get higher results in search engines. I'm ok with that.
Ok... I'm really done this time...
