 I posted some stuff that might be shorter then 10 words.  Even if what I posted is on topic would I still get a fine ? I don't like nether getting a parking ticket nor a posting ticket ( :( posting tickets could be worse)

Okay: A ruling on that: I overreacted. I was mad about how you were abusing the IBStore by posting absolutely useless posts (otherwise known as spam).

You can have under ten words so long as it relates DIRECTLY to the topic.

That seems a bit directed at me x.  Am I overreacting?

It wasn't directed at anyone. It was a general ruling. I'm just trying to prevent a huge spam spree by certain members (ahem).

ok, i can live with that, the 10 word thing was making me reluctant to post, even though i do post directly to the topic. (occasionaly i don't)

As long as I don't have to worry about elaborating on an elaboration.

Sorry X, I made a few posts under 10 words before reading this, but I'll make sure to not do that again, and what would you be fined for, and how much would it be?

When was the last time the forums got archived?  I'm just curios in case the server crashes and erases the forum files.

I don't know what made me think of that.  Anyway, what was the link to the example of user stores?

What was the point to the link above xfir, what is it an alternate reality of this site if it where controlled by spamers, I dont see the point for this,or is it just where the banned, finned, members go to post? Or is it a test or password protection, and one more thing, why is the won developement topic password protected?

It is a link to a modification to IBstore that let's users create shops.
No, it is not an alternate reality.
No, banned and/or fined members do not go there to post. That link isn't even related to my site or this forum.
It is a test account for people to view the board.
The WON development forum is password protected by op2hacker.

Ok... The won development forum might as well be deleted...... There's not much in there.

(I'm going to delete it right now)

Thre real point here... is we don't want useless posts.

If they relate to the topic it's ok.

Like I was telling the moderators, we aren't going to delete posts on the basis of 10 words or whatever, but if it consists of nothing more than "Lol" or something irrelevant, then yes it will be deleted.

Invision Board.

A new test? You mean quiz?

Should I make it harder or easier?

well, it has to be hard enought that you need to know a little bit about OP2 and yes a new one every week or so would be nice, just to help the IBStore's economy

Last time I tell you:

EDIT BUTTON!

And like I told CK: It wasn't directed at anyone. It was a general ruling.

Tell ya what, I'll redescribe my clan idea.

I could create an item. This item will create a forum and user group.

This user group will be the only ones other than admin (possibly GMs) that can access the forum, so in a way its a private forum.

Now, this item would be on the expensive side, and in order to join the clan, you would have to build up credits to buy a "Join Clan" item.

In effect, we could add a clan-based system to the forum..

Developing upon that idea, I could also make a sort of reporting system (similiar to the ladder system that was both buggy and incomplete) to award credits based on the player's win/loss record.
