The actual idea of this topic is a new mass production facility for vehicles known as the M.V.P.F. which is capable of constructing 4 vehicles at a time in a garage like facility and is capable of repairing up to 4 vehicles in it's facilities however when it is repairing 4 vehicles it can't biuld a vehicle and vise versa. While much larger than the standard vehicle factory it is much more compact than having 4 vehicle factories.
