Hey i'm new to this forum, say "hi" to me :)
« on: November 20, 2004, 01:43:45 PM »
Hi all,

I joined 2 days ago, but here it:

(real) Name: Eddy
Age: 34
Location: Netherlands (Europe)
Occupation: Service engineer + Network Marketing during my off hours (if you live in either UK,ROI, B, NL or D and want to make over €500/month parttime.... let me know - i might be able to set ya up!)
Hobby: Programming
Languages: English, Dutch, German, C++, Pascal (Delphi)
I like: playing C&C type games
I hate: MicroCrap software (basicly anything that starts with Win or MS....  including, yes, MSN and (xp) )

I've been too busy trying out everything i found so far, so i didn't have much time just to introduce myself. I might have frequent mistakes in my postings, but this is not because of language skills (english is not my native language) but more a matter of fast, 2-finger system, typing and having thick fingers also... or so it seems.

Quote
...typing en having think fingers also...
.. oh well,, i've edited out these typos  <_<

.. as for my hobbies, i mainly do my stuff using BCB or occasionally Delphi, but started MS VC++ yesterday, and i can only say...  :angry: .. { if you don't get it, read the 'I hate' line above }

May the best coder win !  lol !

lol, I'm from the USA and hate microsoft just as much.

But I guess, since everyone else uses it, we are stuck using it if we want to run their software (unfortunately).

If there was a stable windows emulator out there for linux that ran windows apps perfectly, I'd be using it.

But anyway, welcome. like Hooman said, you'll be a great help for coding. (incidentally, I am a coder as well, :P )
