Possible Idea for Storage of Source?
« on: April 03, 2011, 04:36:06 PM »
If anyone has a hotmail account, an XBOX live account or other such windows live acount, then I/we might be able to make a PERMANENT host for the Source code using Skydrive, a free file share system.

I myself volunteer to host one and I will label them as such.

Its 25 GIGS of free storage space, but a max 5 meg file limit (so you have to post by file)

You've gone beyond the impossible and necro'd a subforum.  Congrats.

And we have a perfectly good webserver right here that we run that we can already store source on (it is running git).

Not sure why we would use some free service that could go away at any time and has stupid limits like that.

Please stop posting suggestions/links to this kind of garbage and especially not in a completely dead subforum. Thread closed.
