I came across the
Teletype package for the Atom editor. Very neat. Lets two people using Atom share an editor tab over the internet, and they're both able to type, on separate lines, at the same time. This would be awesome to try out in a pair programming session.
I didn't see any mention of voice, so I assume that would be handled by 3rd party software. I assume it's a more limited form of screen sharing, as you're only sharing the editor window. This makes me curious how things like compiling and testing would be carried out. I'm wondering if both ends save a copy of the files, and if other Atom plugins play nicely with such a setup.
