In a "theoretical basis" it depends on what the chasis is.  An upgraded-armor lynx nova vs an bob-upgraded lynx mirco/lazer will win hands down (as long as you keep your finger hovered over the self-destruct button).

the best way to win is to go back to the irc or where ever you people are complaining these days and not fight about who did what to who how and 300 page fight that amounts to nothing more then a pissing contest.
