Renegades Wont Work For Me.

this is prolly the wrong forum for this... and i am really sorry to bug you all...


but renegades is not working... the menue comes up... i can click the renegades campain and i click a diffucility, the mission one screen comes up, and everything works properly, untill i hit start mission, and then it says "error: could not initialize game" and another error appears, "the instruction at... referenced memory at... the memory could not be read."

and then it says it encountered a problem and needs to close...

 :'(

I must play it... the music is so good...

can anyone tell me the stupid and obvious mistake i am making?

Are you using OP2 1.3.4 (our version) or a CD version?

from the readme of the game, it is :   1.3.4 r2

(the operation system i am using is windows xp)

maybe i will try it on a different computer... which it worked on... so ...


i guess i will just play on that one... wierd though...  thanks.
