CCV = Colonist Capture Vehicle

Is used for capturing scientists children and workers (check my topic)
Instead using those old stupid E.T.'s

Armed with a Scorp Weapon (hey, let's not turn this into an attack vehicle) and capable to capture colonists.

2 options of Capturing:
-Tube Capture----needs more time, and an tube connected to residences (captures virtually all colonists)
-Residence capture---- takes little time enters residence and captures colonists.

Good idea becuse?

Bad idea because:

They're not going to go around kidnapping people just for fun.

If this were real anyone you captured would be reluctant to work and would probably sabotage your colony or start killing your people/themselves.

It'd be the first thing people killed.

You could just steal everyone's colonists instead of actually, you know, playing the game.

Edit: "captures virtually all colonists"?
A: One vehicle can hold 200 people?
B: I know! Why not make it the fastest vehicle and EMP proof and give it adamantium armor and 20000 HP!!!

So what? Tell me WHY you like it instead of having these crappy 3-4 word replies you love to put all over the place that don't provide anything useful and just clutter everything up.

Kidnapping colonists is not strategic, it's cowardice, and according to the original idea you'd steal so many that they outnumber YOUR colonists, so they could easily rebel and transfer control of your colony to the colony they originally lived in.

its maybe not.

If the other idea that this one is linked to and would need this idea to survive isnt good then this one isnt good as well.

If there was a way for you to steal s*** from me other then vecs i would guard those point hard.  and in the end all you have left is to just kill me thus making this idea invalid.

Edit: well, that's the point of this, somebody enough stupid will transfer all of colonists in your colony (more prisioners than your colonists) , than make an big rebel, and lose your colony.
That's why i posted this topic, there will be always somebody that will try this, but alway lose.

That is moronic.  Ill send you all my people so my colony cant run in the hopes they will smite you in the ass because of a over crowded prison.  No one is stupid enough to send there enemy ALL THERE COLONISTS.  Stealing the colonists is a waste of time as well because there isnt going to be a way this would work on any normal player.  And adding  such things in a game for Noob bashing is pointless and not needed.

I admit it's stupid, but i thought to use it like the E.T where you must capture the Eden Scientist in a mission In Plymouth , than i thought that capturing colonists is going to be good. WRONG.

Scientists only , maybe? Sometimes, you want just a lot of scientists for getting a very FAST research, and that helps you to research better weapons to kill your foes.

This idea relies on the other one and almost every one doesnt like that idea which puts this idea in the same boat.
