sorry for my absence, I was in holidays  :blush:

here is the beginning of my recap, the remain tomorrow:

it's not programmed with java
it's smaller than a car
it's in the real life
it isn't food
it's humain made
it's possible toxic and dangerous for the humain body
it require skill or instruction
it's electronic (not entirely)
it's used as a tool
it's a tangible, physical item
it's not an aspect of the living psyche or a product of consciousness
it's not the abstract concept of thought itself
it isn't used by intelligent organisms other than humains
it's not used in construction in its general aspect
it's bigger than the average laptop computer
it's smaller than the average man (average male hight ~ 6 feet tall)
it doesn't provide information of any type
the materiel that is was made wasn't alive
it isn't a tool that only machines can use
it doesn't produce radiations
it isn't used in war
it isn't a drug
it doesn't smash things
it isn't used to build things
it doesn't have a CPU
this object exist in the present time
it is made of metal (not entirely)
it isn't a garden tool
it doesn't have any hinges
you can put things in it
it isn't a sledge hammer
the word "hammer" don't appear in his name
it's not indispensable
it has one primary function but you can do a lot of things with
it isn't a part of the humain body
you can't use it to writing
it's a common object
it's expensive

if not a scooter (all of the one's i've seen have "hinges") then a moped?

does it have a seat for you to rest your tush on? (yes, that's right, I said tush!)

is it used to transport a noun (person, place, or thing (how one would transport an entire place is beyond me))?
