dm-horus - Your question is not general enough. For example, rubbish is made by humans, but it neither requires skill or instruction, nor do people use it. I would change your question to:

no, all of yours questions approach you the object
it's smaller than a car, bigger than a laptop, it's a tool who can not be use by all humains, it can be dangerous/toxic for the human body, it isn't a drug, it doesn't produce radiations, it's not used in war, it doesn't provide information of any type, it's not created with living matter, this object don't contain a cpu, it isn't used to build something, it can't smash something (without the humain body)... try to find, it's a common object  :)
