Melee Attacks upgrade for Repair Vec/spider

Related ideas:

Description

Repair Vehicles and Spiders have cutty thingies, why not have a tech that lets you use them as melee weapons? You never know when you might need it.

Or maybe you just give them both chainsaws.  :wub: (Is that inappropriate for this suggestion? Oh well.)

This is a bad idea, because:

- would be easily destroyed any way in combat.

as for idea that kindy does not fit in outpost theme. Plus they would  be easly destroy any way

Since I suppose the formatting in now right...
This idea is actually a really cool one and also partically included in OP2 (when one of your vechs accidentally gets to land into an enemy docking bay [damned pathfiding] the vehicle gets damaged over time)
Extending the idea a little further... Maybe spiders could climb into other vehicles and start dismantelling them, that way when they're struck the vehicle undeaneath would take some damage too... But maybe that's too much

i dont see why this idea wouldnt work. i think its good. even if my convecs dont survive, i still want to know they went down taking a piece out of my nme's lynx!!

I agree. But the only melee attacks are starflare and suppernova. Well have to make a new one.
