Installation Trouble
« on: February 04, 2006, 01:02:43 PM »
I'm getting this error when I try to install:

16 bit Windows Subsystem
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Now I used to play this on my old Windows 95, and I was feeling like reliving the memories. This computer is certainly alot higher spec than that one, but its not top of the line either. Windows XP, nothing else special really. Is DOS the only thing I'm missing?

No, I have the CD...whatever that counts for.

Anyway, I fixed it. For whatever reason autoexec.nt was missing from my system folder. Thanks for the quick help, though! ;)

Ok, good to know. Is there any reason I should keep the CD version then?

Just to be able to say that you have an OP2 CD.
But I can't say that, because I have THREE OP2 CD's. XD Two of them were free from Sierra!

Install our version to a seprate version.

If you want the op2 in game music and in game movies you can copy them over to our version's folder. If you want the op2 music as mp3's they are on our site :)
