Colony Game Pack 1 Version 2!

Okay I have made a few changes to make it more to everyone's liking I hope this has all the things fixed.
ColonyGamePack1v2.zip

And I have also removed the uncompiled source code so it will download a little faster for you guys on dialup. I have put the uncompiled source code up for download too so if you have a wish to use it. you can and I hope you will make something with it  :)

Let me know if there was any other errors or things that should have been changed.
And remember these are Sandbox colony games!

Awesome. You've made some good changes. But a few more suggestions...   :P

In the ZIP file there's a compressed folder called Colony Pack whatever. I would just remove that step alltogether and leave the zip file containing the Installation.txt, credits.txt, c_sp001.dll, c_sp002.dll and cow.map with nothing else. This way a user can download the file, right click on it and simply hit "Extract Here" without having to move files around and whatnot. Not to mention, the file size ends up being reduced further (not needing to have identicle copies of the install.txt/cow.map files).

Map names are definitely better than before...

You may also want to condense the install/credits text into a single ReadMe.txt file (which I can give you the same template that I use which is straight forward and easy enough to work with).

Otherwise it's nice to have something new! :)

I don't think it would make a major change in the size like removing the source did. But I will do it more to the format you are saying next time.
As for the zip its still something I have not got the finer points of using down so I don't know how to zip a bunch of files not in a folder

I should have but I missed it. oh well I will remember that for my next release when colony game pack two is ready

Thanks for the added tips. I don't want to have a colony game put out that nobody wants to use because they don't know how to install it. So I will be sure to make the zip structure better next time.

i have always liked that style of setup instructions, it reminds me of a config.php file and the instructions that most .php scripts come with.

You unzip it into the OP2 folder.

after you unzip it you will see a folder and within that two more folders. Each one has 1 of the colony games. All you have to do is move the dll files from both folders and the map named cow.   Into the OP2 main folder
