What if you could could just build the cassis of a combat vehicle then vehicle is in the open and then you buy the weapon turret for the vehicle. some how you have to put turret on the cassis. i was thinking that the vehicle could build their own turrets or have a building that can do it in mass.  Im not sure how it is now. But if this could happen I think you one could have turret setting like rotation speed fire speed and sight while the cassis can have speed armor and hit points.  Just and idea shoot me down if ya want. just thought I would make the game a bit harder.

But we cant edit Outpost 2 like that in any way, so no luck.

Creating combat vehicles without a turret currently makes the game crash. It just expects one to be there and doesn't check if it doesn't exist. We could potentially patch the game, or override that one function from a DLL so it wouldn't crash, but it'd still be a pain to add the user interface required to add turrets to them. So yeah, "can't" is a bit strong. But this is quite unreasonable. But yeah, I kinda like the idea.
