That's pretty interesting.  Hopefully it won't turn out exactly like the storyline of op2! :P

Then suddenly, Red Faction.

Red Faction is one of my favorite games.  What if both hapened at the same time?  Red Faction starts in the mines then spreads to the main colony and people chose sides with either Capek (Eden) or Red Faction (Plymouth).

Also I wonder if a Mars Colony could sustain itself over an extended period of time.

I'm curious as to how they're going to keep up the water supply.  Like I know that they've found ice but isn't there ammonia or soemthing in it?  I guess it could be filtered.

I recently saw this Mars One project highlighted as a "suicide mission" in the news. I didn't like the wording of that, as I find it misleading. So much for a positive spin fox news! Here's the link:

Subbed, that's where people like me come in :P

A key sub-set of chemicla engineering is water treatment, and ammonia isn't too hard to process out.  It's any martian bacteria that *might* pose a threat
