For those unaware, I have to delete some techs from MT2 do to a stupid limitation in OP2.  So, which of these University techs should be scrapped?
I need to get rid of two.

Description:
Capacity Upgrade 1 - Increases the number of scientists trainable at once from 6 to 10 (Eden) and 6 to 8 (Plymouth).
Training Time Reduction 1 - Decreases training time from 5000 to 4250.
Training Time Reduction 2 - Decreases training time from 4250 to 3450 (Eden) and 4250 to 3600 (Plymouth).
Capacity Upgrade 2 - Increases the number of scientists trainable at once form 10 to 14 (Eden) and 8 to 12 (Plymouth).

If you can think of a way to get around this by merging some techs, that'd be great.  But keep in mind that we don't want to upgrade everything all at once...

The large capacity upgrade. By the time you need that many trained at once, you can just build a second University.

Hmm, I would have to agree with EnderA on that point.

Perhaps merge two of the others into one tech?

Yea, merge Capacity 1 and Reduction 1, and Capacity 2 and Reduction 2.

That'd make things too uber.
I think I'll eliminate the second training time upgrade, but reduce the base time and boost the effect of the first time upgrade.
