On a very-known forum, I has seen a guy who gave a technic to look at webcams: you type one of these sentences in google:

inurl:"ViewerFrame?Mode="
inurl:"view/index.shtml"
inurl:"MultiCameraFrame?Mode="
inurl:"axis-cgi/mjpg"
and you choose your webcam... it's very fun!

but is it legal? an other guy has said that "when it's in google, it isn't illegal" but I'm not very convinced  <_<

Just because something is on Google (or anywhere on the web) doesn't mean it's legal. I don't know about the web cam specifically, but I would imagine its an invasion of privacy if the other person hasn't given consent. Although, if you have a web cam you ought to lock it up when not using it.

a lot of cameras are survey cameras, they can't shut down these (I see it's the little morning in u.s.a)

Yeah, Google is just a means to an end. It's legal (although some people are dubious about even that), but the content you can access through it may not be.

Well with certain cams like the one i use a light comes on when it is in use.  So if i saw that on i would do some thing to make that person regret look at me.  But most cams come with a privacy thinger that should be used not pulled off because you dont need that stupid thing that cramps your style :P
