The problem in OP2 is LAVA.why, becuse it doesn't cool down at all.
I think that this should be avoided in OP3.
Lava should cool down in aprox. 200-700 points

Everybody knows where was lava, the food will grow faster (becuse of the lava soil) , why not making an LRF (Lava Refeining Facility) to use lava soil, convert it, and use in Agridomes. By that I think food production should be at 20-25% more production of food.

In OP2, the lava creates a dynamic terrain. It creates choke points and natural walls.

This needs to be taken into account as well.
