Help With Eden #3

Help please!  I can't get above 12 scientists in Eden #3 despite repeated efforts (you need 15).  I end up with 10 workers in training in the University with about 5 mins to go, but they never seem to convert to scientists.  All the other objectives I hit no problem.  I've found various FAQs/walkthroughs on the web (but not the big Sierra one that ppl mention) but even so I can't do it :(

Any help would be gratefully received.  Thanks.

I believe the sierra one you're looking for is on the CD, in the Strategy\ folder.

If you don't have a CD, let one of us know and we can get you a copy of the file.

As for how to do this: work fast. Start training your scientists at the start of the mission, and train more if you have workers to spare. Training takes an awful long time in single player, so the sooner you can start it the better.

Uhm if you guys have any links for those Outpost 2 guides.... i always love reading about any new strategy to find some thing i never thought of, but on the web i can only find that one guide by deathmaster2000. Also if any of you have that sierra guide uploaded somewhere, i'd love to get that too :)

I don't know many places where other guides might be, you can try www.gamefaqs.com.

As for the sierra guides, you can download them here:

Gamefaqs only has the same guide also... it's a shame how all the outpost fansites with there strategy tips are  no longer working... :(

But thanks alot for the sierra guide though!

Well, by doing a google search for "Outpost2 strategy guide" I found the following items:

there might be more as well, just search around a bit. I don't know if I can vouch for some of the advice they give though (one guide tells you that it is a waste of money to build supernovas, but in multiplayer games they can make or break your game if used correctly {either ones you make, or ones that people send into your base})
They are still out there though.
