Anyone here played Dawn of War?
First 3D RTS game ive enjoyed.

I know Rondt plays this often and im not sure if Molson has it.
Anyone else got it?

i got the game on tuesday...
its fun, but i really dislike the keyboard shortcuts they've assigned...
i mean Q for stop?

i'm a bit biased against warhammer based games in general - when i got firewarrior it didn't work properly despite my compy being more then capable to run it, and also as warhammer (and 40K) is an established name... well, it makes me feel that the game will ride off the name rather then the content.
i'm glad to say though that DOW isn't riding off the name... its semidecent, though has its glitches (like sometimes my dreadnoughts just refuse to get into combat and prefer to stay just far away enough that their flamers can't reach the enemy... yes i have them set to assault stance).
i'm looking forward to seeing mods for the game (like striking scorpions... i like those guys. or maybe one that lets you begin with so many points worth of stuff, just like the boardgame version)
anywho, when i learn the ropes of the game a bit better, then maybe i'll give you a game or two (and lose humiliatingly, lol)

i only get that with the force commander when i want him 2 run from a fight with their hero unit, they just stand there geting hit, so all u can do is set him 2 attack and hope he does his best :)
