Anyway, attached is the final version of my reVOLver tool, which supercedes all prior tools (DEVOL, REVOL, DECLM, RECLM, etc.) released by me.  Please post it on your web-site for others, as I've lost my web-space.

If I get some time later on, I'll check out your forum.  I must confess though, its been awhile since I've played Outpost 2.  I dropped out of the scene right around the time the "kilerzeratul" forum went tits up.  Now that you mention it though, I do kind of have an itch to dig it up and play it again. ;)
