Hey all, not sure if any of you still even remember me from the WON OP2 days but I thought I would stop back in and say HI. I lost the site address a long time ago after a computer crash and some how randomly got an e-mail from here which lead me to find my way back here again. Great to see that you are all still up and running. I miss the good old days of massive Thor Tiger armies clashing together. Any ways I hope you are all doing awesome and I hope that I can find some old friends here and make new ones.

I have not played in over 5 years, the last time I played was just some LAN games where... well... no one would play me after the first four games because they kept losing. *shrug* But any ways I was on WON for OP2 on the first week it came out until right before it shut down.

To feel really old, take a look at This
(One of the best OP2 clan pages ever)

Anyways, the game has been updated a bit since WON shut down. Cheats are now unavailable and unit limit has been doubled - so massive Thor armies are even more.. massiver?.. :P

Hope to catch you on IRC for some games one day :D

If I remember, the backup happened after the old clan list was started because a lot of the sites started getting dumped by the hosts.

Welcome. I don't think I had internet until after the WON days. Geeze, way to make me feel young.  :P


I'd poked around a few of the clan pages before, but I never noticed that one. Nice graphics on that one. The backgrounds make some of a bit harder to read though. Not that I felt particularly... clean, after reading the skill levels list.

Haha, thats awesome, I never knew any one backed that up. I remember when I took over Dragon Clan, I knew nothing about how to run a web site lol. But yeah I am from way back then, if only I could have kept in touch with every one.

I don't remember Snow as *that* highly ranked, but then again if this was a clan based tourny rather than best players teaming up, I can see why Panthers won  B)

Dude, this was high tech back then :P

In any case, I remember some of the other (old) clan sites held custom made graphic art. Would have been fun to see those :P

Heck, back then dial up was concidered fast and ICQ was the greatest IM system out there... and well it still is :P

I had too many accounts on ICQ to remember any of my numbers I think.
Though I do remember the rampant "Send this message ..[insert text].. to all on your contact list or you will be considered inactive and kicked from ICQ services"
Sad part I used to believe those hehe. Must have been the worst spammer ever.



In any case Dagen, Weekend and Friday bash is right around the corner. Why don't you try to get online on irc and join us ?
(You need to download IRC + the OPU Outpost2 version to play. Might not hurt to get hamachi either..)
