Croats are one of the best elecrtotechnians and robotics. I am one of them. I have made one alredy, and few electronics things. However, most of them are buy-&-make projects. There are seweral competitions which take place, and you can find very cool things there : robotic controled tank, elevator, robotic hand, electronic lock, led-display and much more.
And Sl0vi: If you'd like one, you can buy it and than solder it. There are available build instructions and parts list on this page.
You can also go to google, and type in : electronics and robotics kits, or just robotics kits, and you can find where to buy all that stuff and etc.
It is pretty easy to do that stuff, you only need : solder, solder iron, parts and a basic knowledge of electronics
