So I got OP2 back when it was released, tried it, got my butt kicked, and shelved the game. Now 10 years later I was kinda bored (classes just got out) so I installed it and have been playing it for the last couple weeks. For some reason it clicked this time and I made it through both campaigns, and have have been going through the colony games as of late.
Anyway, probably won't post too much, but I found this forum via Google and after reading some threads figured I'd register. It's been a long time since I've done any C++ stuff (stupid Interwebs and it's new-age hippie languages), so I thought this might also be a good way to get my skills (as they were) back up. I think it's great that a game like OP2 still has an active community ten years after its release
