Grettings, my friends. People use various names to call me here in Brazil... But I prefer three: Filipe Augusto, Slaughter or PhodoX.
I'm a old Outpost 2 player, got it somewhere in the early 2000. Around that time, I was a member called Slaughter on a brazilian Forum about Fallout called Fallout Resources, the forum who later transformed into Vault of the Broken Dreams.
There, I meet a guy who had Outpost 2. His name was Flavio Machado, or The Chosen One. So, we had some very fun matches. I remember one when we're in a spaceship race, and when it got to 5 AM, he just atacked me with some Lynx lasers. I had just a Panther, since we combined to devout all our resources to building the spaceship, but the smartass knew we would build the damn spaceship before the sun came, so he made a little army for himself!
So, there he came, kicking ass and cusing 'round. In a last resort, I produced lots of scouts and thowed then all on his little army using the auto-destruct button. I charged at him jonkly saying "For Allah!"
After that strategy failed, he won the game, but we had numerous other battles and all. And it was cool. Until the day my Outpost 2 CD was MOWED by my old Assassin CD drive. It was torn in pieces right on the right side of my head.
After this, I've searched for Outpost 2 in the Internet for YEARS, until I found you cool site. It became clear that this place is full of people like me, who could love to drive a Lynx while escaping from the blight just for the laughs of being faster.
Here, I got my Outpost 2 back! And guess what? I want a match. I got here into this cool forum. Now, it's time to ROCK!
