Description:

A mobile cc that can be deployed where needed and maybe undeployed (packed back into a Convec?). Would only supply few buildings, maybe just one.
Maybe tubes coming out when deployed.
Maybe damages itself when deployed (like a tokamak), because of internal power plant.

This is a good idea, because:

- good for recovering from CC destruction.
- for outposts.
