Outpost 1 Stability Ishues
« on: December 07, 2005, 12:12:11 PM »
As many of you know Outpost 1 crashes alot when run under windows XP.
Many of the problems I have had involved useing a cd emulator to run op1.

To increase your stability fallow these steps:

1. create a shortcut to Outpost.exe on your desktop

2. right click then choose properties

3. click the compatibility tab

4. Click the box "run this program in compatibility mode for" then choose Windows 95

(untested fully)

5. click run in 256 colors and run in 640X480 and disable visual themes

there should be less crashes now
