Why have just ONE person write a chaper!?

Maybe one person write the basic outline but everyone else should help out to make it better and tweak it so its the best it can be.

We already HAVE most of the outline made, but we want OTHER PEOPLE to work on the actual story. I hope thats cleared up now. <_<
