Using the shoutbox from the forum is a no.

Using a shoutbox on OPU would be okay, but I don't want accounts bridging across each other.  I suppose we could use the gamer's list as the login on opuxfir for the shoutbox.

The only solution to your problem is to use the tutorials with the instruction book to learn how to play. The only problem with that is that 1) You don't have an instruction book and 2) You don't have the time to use the tutorials. (:P I know you too well. lol)  I've done some searching and cannot find an online instruction book for you so someone with an instruction book will either have to scan the entire book and send you the book that way or let you borrow/have a book.  That's about all the help I can give you b/c I, myself, don't have the instruction book to lend to you so you must find someone else to help.  (BTW I would show you but there's no time and your guardians would have to castrate me first. lol :P)

Um... if you paid any attention (Which you usually don't), the Outpost2.hlp has the tutorials in it.     heh...

Problem with the help file tutorials though, is they only teach you how to use the game interface, etc.

They don't really teach much of the mechanics you need to know in order to actually win.

For multiplayer its a whole different story. You need to know how to act very quickly and need to know a proper build order to be up to speed with, or surpass other players.

-Mainly the broken links all around the site that I found when i first became interested in outpost 2.

-I suggest creating a script (that i COULD write :D) that will play the videos that Leviathan creates. It would save some people (Freeza-CII for example) alot of time, instead of dowloading the whole damn thing, you can buffer and view in a window.

-A screenshot page would be awesome, with the picture view and all that thumbnail shizit, and yadda yadda, whozit and whatzit.

-Uhh.

-The site basically needs to be read over and make sure all the links are closed, which I hated when I first visited.

-Spelling and Grammitical Errors throughout the site, that I can't find at the MOMENT, but like I said, the walkthrough would be necessary, just to check all links, spelling, etc. etc.

-EDIT-
I realized nobody has visited this particular topic in quite a while, but the forementioned still apply.

How would a script that plays videos directly save time? afaik Freeza is on a slow connection and the bitrate of the videos is too high for streaming through a slow connection. It would just not work with a slow connection. And the vids need to be downloaded anyway. Streaming doesn't make them smaller.

People should just download and play the vids in their favourite player and watch them again when ever they feel like it. That would also save bandwidth, because people wouldn't have to redownload everytime they want to see a video.

Besides some good points.

Streamin is the worst way to watch a video when ur on a slow connection. Back when I was on 56k, I would avoid streaming anyway possible! Downloading is much easier on a slow connection!
!!!YAY!!!
