Yep.  Bump is equal to 0.  However Bumpy is equal to 1.  So Bumpy\Bump=Lumpy.

Well, I suppose it doesn't really matter since the bump operator is idempotent in regards to thread ordering. (Bumping the thread twice doesn't move it any higher up on the list the second time).
