Every time I try to download the map editor, my McAfee virus scan says that it's some kind of virus, could some one check this for me and make sure that there isn't a virus in this thing. plz

The map editor definitely does not contain a virus.
Most likely your virus scanner is alerting you to something that it thinks "looks like" a virus but really isn't. (This is called heuristics).
The reason for the way virus scanners work like that is to adapt to variations of old viruses that might be slightly different.
This might also be caused by corruption. Try redownloading and see if it happens again. It's probably most likely a false alarm.
EVERYTHING on our site is virus checked and we guarantee it doesn't contain viruses or anything that could cause harm.

We virus check files before upload and the web hoster/server checks the files.
