You can
a) get a better computer
b) get another screencap software
c) tell us the specs of your computer and/or which screencap software you're using, so we can possibly help you

Capturing video involves encoding video and that can be slow if the wrong codec with the wrong settings is used.

A) No.
B) Im going to try camtasia, fraps doesnt work
C) Amd phenom X4 64 bit proccessor 2500ish, Radeon HD 6870, 8 gigs of ram

Ive recorded age of empires 2 and warcraft 3 with fraps just fine, this isnt a hardware problem.

Most likely it is just camstudio being a peice of ****.. or premiere.. one of the 2.

Edit: It plays perfectly outside of premeire.. some sort of codec conflict..

Edit 2: Converting to WMV, then increasing speed to 200% in premiere fixes it?

Strange strange world we live in.

6870s? I admit, I'm a bit jealous. But now that the 7 series is out, its old news lol.
