My Name Doesn't Glow!

I bought from the shop the glow effect and it took my 200 credits and now it doesn't glow,but i haven't got returned the 200 credits!!!!
What should i do?

The effect doesn't work in Firefox. It works only in Intranet Exploder, actually.

Get an italic effect if you really want something special? Though it's not half as ownage as a glow effect.

Yeah.. unfortunately it only works there. (thanks greatly to vendor specific extensions :-/)

If someone knows how to produce a similar effect using only CSS in Firefox, I will add it to the scripts that the IBstore uses to generate a glow effect.
