Colony Game Ii?

I've been lurking trough the forums and I've seen mentions of colony games not included in original Sierra release and am hoping someone can enlighten me about them.

Hi Prometheus,

Sierra released three 'Scenario Packs' after the initial OP2 release, mostly containing multiplayer maps and patches but they had a couple new colony games included. If you download the version of Outpost 2 off of the Outpost Universe website, these scenario packs are automatically included.
However, if you are running OP2 from the original CD then one place I have found where you can download the scenario packs is here:

Of course you can find them a few other places on the web if that doesn't work.

Also I have heard talk of Outpost 2 Renegades, an OPU project that I have heard about, but I haven't yet been able to find a link. Does anyone here have that? Am I right in thinking that it is a colony game, or is it a whole campaign?

Renegade colony you mean? It is a AI colony game. (not op2 Ai, REAL AI.)
