Something in the US I believe. There is a requirement to protect under 13 year olds from things they shouldn't be looking at on the internet (unless they have parental consent). Since the forums and all OPU hosted sites reside on a server in the US then these rules need to be conformed with

It boils down to a nanny state legal issue, which we "admins" need to keep aware of to prevent any possible problems from occuring in the future that could cause the closing of this site.

Well, considering i joined here in 04, and im 12 now and it's 07 (1 day left

) I was 8-9 years old when i joined and i've learned quite a bit here, so i say all the 13++ stuff is bs
