Op2 Resolution In Win Xp
« on: August 24, 2003, 12:28:18 AM »
I apologize for bothering all you esoteric geeks, but I direly need some help, and don't know where to go-sierra no longer supports op2.  I am 93 years old, and op2 was my only source of enjoyment B4 my hd crashed.  I have a win xp machine @1280x1024 res and I used to B able to run op2 in a window and pretty much had the whole eden colony in the playing field, though I don't know how I did it.  Now, just the command center takes up almost the whole playing field.  How can I fix this??  Much gratitude from a kind of limp old guy if U can help.  thanx. <_<

Right click on the desk-top and you should be able to change the resloution.  It also could be that you pressed the + sighn while in-game

First of all, make sure your desktop is in 16-bit color. This will allow you to run the game at higher resolutions. Next, I think you have to find some way to window it, but I think if it is in 16-bit color, you should (in theory) be able to go into window mode.

Edit: I moved this topic as, it is not news.
