Sample Tutorial Map To Test Your Trees.

The SDK had only a multiplayer and a skeleton example, so I modified the MP one to allow for the testing of AIs and single player mode.

Things to add:  save game so it can be used for a single campaign mission, actual stupid AI, victory/failure conditions examples, etc.
