A look into space

Related ideas:

-?

Description:

Ive always wanted a way to see the planet, starship in orbit, and the satalites. It isint vary helpful for the game and may increase lag in slower computers, but i think it would be cool to watch the starship being built.

This is a good idea, because:

-it adds a nice view of the starship in places other than in vidios.

This is a bad idea, because:

- it adds lag
- it doent really do anything

What if we had the other guys things to and we had sataite weapons so we could attack the other players skydock? In one of outpost 2 stories it said that plymouth was going to plan to take edens starship and the skydock had only minimal defences.

They might have been refering to it while its still on the ground in a loaded RLV.  Space combat isnt Outpostish at all.

And what if we had asteroids that can hit our colony like in OP1. we could us the weapons for that to.

No double posting, please

They cant have the skydock and most of the starship in one Rlv at the same time.

Just because an idea is cool does not mean it should be implemented into the main GUI. The features in the GUI are added for functionality. Now, this idea may be nice as a main menu backdrop of sorts, but OP3 Doesn't really require you to build a starship.... How did that even come about? lol It takes place after the starship lands....
