Basic command center

Description:
This setup a place to be able to get coloney going when first land on planet.
It is capble support 20 building, 20 units, 200 colonist.

This is a great idea if it will be smaller and cost less then the normal CC. It would be great in setting up small mining colonies or something.

So the basic command center can support more buildings then a normal on that doesnt add up but i guess it does when you add the rest of the seed stuff thats cleaver.
