Advanced Terrain Modification

Lava cooling down after some time

new mining beacons appearing on former lava flows
Description:
Terrain can be modfied in various ways.
maybe dirt piles are created when terrain is modified. Could contain ore or other useful materials. Could be turned into walls. Could be picked up by tornados.
Dirt could be picked up by trucks.
Earthworker can build trenches and detour lava.
Maybe have tunnels/bridges, ramps.
This is a bad idea, because:
- too powerful terrain modifications could be used to pass natural obstacles such as cliffs that aren't meant to be passed.
