Hmm, it has to do with the R and B channels in the color.

What version of the mapper are you using? And what tilesets does the map use?

Well, it seemed he had an outdated version of OP2Editor.dll.

Unregistering the dll manually with regsvr32 /u OP2Editor.dll, and uninstalling/reinstalling the mapper seemed to work.
