Anyways, I read something that said that HTML was enabled.. so I don't have a clue what the problem is. lol.

You need to use [ doHTML] and [ /doHTML] around the HTML part... (without the spaces in the tags, of course)

I'm at college, and they've set up some type of firewall that blocks all IRC activity. lol

phantom see if you can run a psyBNC or other irc relay and connect thru that.
