-
CK9 asks in his Modship wether or not to delete it. Up to you.
-
WTF is this?
How did this happen?
-
<div> placement.
You like? :P
-
Ah, the </div>
I this a layer then?
PS. No I don't like it, It's annoying, It gets in the way of the links at the top.
-
Go to www.badgerbadgerbadger.com
listen through it for 3-4 times and then it will say something about a snake
-
no thank you, I had enough trouble with Beta's "You're an idiot" link
-
Your an idiot link? This is a show of badger's dancing while the song, "Magic Mushroom" is playing in the background.
It's kinda catchy
-
it was a link that opened a "pop-up" that kept repeating "You're an idiot" and when you tried to close it, it multiplied again and again. When it reached a certain number, they started bouncing around the screen so you couldn't close them. The only solution I could find was to disconnect.
-
Or you could have either Ctrl+Alt+Del and took it away, or Alt+F4 it away.
-
Zeus, I tried those, trust me I know a lot more about computers than people tend to think I do. They were all different windows, and everytime one was closed, two took its place.

I heard about that You're an Idiot thing, in fact someone tried to get me to click on it on aim....i can't remember who. But I know someone at my school who had that in their aim info. I also saw that badger movie a couple of months ago on a joke website (withholding name for content with parental guidance suggested). I think it was a little after Christmas.
-
You've only proven it right when you can't get rid of it on your own :heh:

End the task "explorer" or "explorer.exe".
-
iexplorer.. not explorer..
iexplorer is Intranet Exploder... Explorer is the Windoz shell.
-
That did nothing when I tried it, it was running on it's own.
-
In Windoze 9x Explorer.exe is also part of IE4+.
However ending IExplore.exe will have a similar effect... but it will make your explorer restart... since the two use common code.
It is not like that in NT/2000/XP.
Another way to have killed it was to have placed the website in the restricted sites zone temporarily, which would prevent javascript from executing.
-
then instead of hearing "You're an idiot..."
I'd be hearing
"PING!..."
-
Ending task in explorer.exe in 'doze 9x closes all explorer and IE windows entirely. There was a bug in IE that caused the browser to pop up 3218573129857123895 times if you close it while it's waiting for a redirect. (Very annoying, crashes your computer quickly.) Ending the task stopped it.
