Title: Master Research View

So this is the general idea of what I have in mind for the research UI. Eventually I'd like to develop a dynamic tree view kind of like in Factorio.

Minor update -- got most of the visual elements in place for the master research report. Can't do a whole with it yet but at least the visual elements and layout are basically in place.
