The music is ..err ok.  Is there any reason why new music for OutpostHD was chosen?  I guess copyright issues come into play here.  I rather enjoyed Gustov Holtz Mars the bringer of war music from the original OP.

There is no copyright on the original composition for Mars (well, not anymore anyway). Copyrights are still active on many recordings though. I do intend to bring that back but it can't be the only track in the game. I don't expect to be changing what you hear in the planet selection part of the game. Not sure when Mars will play. Have to consider that.

I have plans to commission an updated remix of sorts of Mars. I have some thoughts on where it could go, but basically want to see (hear?) something a little newer and a bit more interesting. It's kind of for the future though, want to focus on the game itself first. :D
