Welcome, though!  You've come at a very opportune time.  Tomorrow we are having a game day.  If you want to join in, you can go here (http://outpost2.net/gamedownload.php) to get the game with community-made updates and here (http://outpost2.net/xmpp.php) to get the chat client.  Most of the community uses the chat instead of the forum because it is more convenient for them...or something like that, heh
